We partnered with USA Bath to transform their Reno showroom into a space that supports sales, reflects their evolving brand, and can be manufactured and installed in-house. With clear drawings, US-friendly specs, and collaborative design, we made it easy for their team to bring the vision to life.
Project Details
the challenge
USA Bath approached us after seeing our past showroom work online. They were planning to refurbish an existing site and remove some of their existing product lines. This meant more space to play with, but also a need for clear direction. They wanted a solution they could manufacture locally and install themselves, with technical guidance they could rely on. Oh – and everything had to be translated into feet and inches for the American market!

Layout and Customer Journey Mapping
We started with initial concept sketches and spatial planning to define the customer flow, ensuring the space functioned smoothly from browsing to decision-making.

Visual and Technical Design Packs
The team delivered full-colour 3D visualisations and a contractor’s pack including fixture lists and water/electrical placement for seamless handover to local teams.
US Market Specification and Collaboration
Manufacture-ready specs were converted into US measurements, with clear technical documentation and cross-time-zone communication to keep everything on track.

Installation & Launch
The design featured branded cladding and a selector suite studio to support guided selling. Calls were managed across three time zones between our team in the UK and USA Bath’s team on the East and West Coast. Despite the time difference, our communication stayed sharp and collaborative. We’re excited to see the final results of the Reno showroom transformation come to life, and we remain on hand to support USA Bath with future design or technical needs.
