the challenge

PJH carries a broad and technical product offer. Showing it all in one place risked clutter, confusion and slow sales conversations.

Static displays could date quickly. Fixed graphics would limit seasonal updates.

The showroom also had to serve different audiences, from trade buyers to retail partners, each expecting a clear and confident experience.

This was not just about fitting out a space. It was about helping the PJH team explain, compare and sell products clearly, without rebuilding every few years.

Our Solutions

A digital-first entrance experience

A custom video wall was designed for the entrance. Content can be changed per visit, from branded welcomes to range-specific showcases. It sets the tone straight away and gives sales teams control over the first impression.

Modular product pods built for change

Ripple-designed pods display full bathroom and kitchen sets in a compact footprint. Products can be swapped or refreshed without structural work, keeping the showroom current without disruption.

Light-led selection and meeting areas

A selection suite was positioned by the windows so samples could be viewed in natural light. Materials, fixings and adhesives were tested to handle prolonged sun exposure, protecting finish quality over time.

Installation & Launch

The showroom launched as part of PJH’s new head office opening.Teams now guide visitors through a clear journey or allow customers to explore independently. Brand colours, fluted textures and durable materials were used throughout, aiding in visual consistency for the PJH brand.

Digital panels replace printed boards, cutting update time from days to minutes. The layout holds a high volume of product, yet is calm and easy to navigate.

PJH now has a showroom built to support how they sell today, and how they’ll sell next.
