Carvers Building Suppliers needed to launch a new identity: Carvers Interiors. Ripple delivered a strategic retail experience, guiding customers through bathrooms, cookers, and kitchens in a space built to inform and inspire.

the challenge
Carvers Interiors combined bathrooms and range cookers under one roof for the first time. The space had to showcase 16 bathroom displays, house a two-floor cooker concession, and introduce a new brand, without overwhelming the customer. More than just the products, it was about creating a cohesive journey and building trust from the moment customers walked in.

Zoned Customer Journey
From bathrooms to cookers, we designed intuitive zones that guided movement, encouraged comparison, and gave customers the confidence to explore and ask questions.

Immersive, Interactive Displays
We included real-life bathroom pods, a VR Vision Room, and a live shower zone to help customers visualise products and experiment in real time.

Layered Materials and Lighting
A two-floor cooker showroom doubled as a demo and event space, while industrial textures, natural touches, and layered lighting built a warm, premium environment throughout.
Installation & Launch
Ripple’s concept visuals translated seamlessly into a fully realised showroom that captures the essence of the Carvers Interiors brand. From layout to lighting, every detail reinforced the new identity, encouraging longer visits, deeper engagement, and repeat customers.
