Parfas Touch Point Collection Lockers
Parfas Touch Point – Security Lockers
Secure lockers, connected to 24/7 monitoring.

Project Overview
Parfas wanted to explore how secure storage could work harder for their clients. As a leading security company based in Oldham, Greater Manchester, Parfas provides round-the-clock monitoring, risk management and integrated security solutions nationwide. They approached Ripple to develop a digital locker system that could connect directly to their 24/7 contact centre, extending their security expertise into physical touchpoints.
Project Details
the challenge
Parfas saw an opportunity to combine secure storage with live monitoring and support. The challenge was to design a locker that could house Parfas’ audio-visual technology, support real-time oversight, and still feel intuitive for end users. It also needed to be robust enough for varied environments and flexible enough to support multiple use cases, from collections to secure drop-offs.

Our Solutions
Ripple worked with Parfas to design and develop a bespoke digital locker system that connects secure storage with live security oversight.

A locker connected to 24/7 monitoring
Each locker integrates Parfas’ audio-visual technology, linking directly back to their 24/7 contact centre. This allows live monitoring, two-way support and immediate response when needed, extending Parfas’ existing security services into a physical touchpoint.

Designed around real-world use
The locker was developed to support multiple scenarios, including secure collection, drop-off and short-term storage. User interaction was kept simple and clear, while the internal structure allows Parfas’ technology to operate reliably across different environments.

Built, tested and refined through prototyping
Ripple led the design, development and prototyping process, producing a first model ready for live field testing. This phase allows both teams to validate performance, gather user feedback and refine the system before wider rollout.
Installation & Launch
The first prototype unit has been completed and is currently entering live testing. Feedback from real-world use will shape the next phase of development, informing both technical refinement and future rollout opportunities.
With live monitoring built into the locker experience, the Parfas Touch Point opens the door to new ways of using secure storage. As testing progresses, Ripple and Parfas will continue refining the system and exploring wider deployment across client environments.
