PA Consulting wanted their Cambridge HQ to walk the talk, reflecting the innovation their clients expect. The brief was ambitious: elevate the showroom experience at the Global Innovation and Technology Centre.

Every detail in the showroom had to align with PA Consulting’s forward-thinking brand and deliver a visitor experience that matched their innovation credentials. The scope included physical-digital product displays, a historical exhibit, wayfinding, and a fully immersive demo room - all within a seamless, cohesive space.

AI-Led Concept Design
Ripple kicked off the project with sketch and concept development sessions, using generative AI software to explore design directions and share early thinking with the PA team throughout.

Story-Driven 3D Fabrication
Working in collaboration with VGL, we developed a layered 3D print technique that combined storytelling and structure - delivering tactile, visually engaging surfaces that added depth and meaning to the space.

Multi-Sensory Product Displays
We designed and built custom product displays that merged physical interaction with digital layers, alongside a sculptural centrepiece shaped by AI logic, and a complete journey map that guided visitors through the space.

Installation & Launch
Ripple led the creative and technical design, specialist fabrication, and installation of four hero displays, each now sitting seamlessly within the Cambridge HQ. The showroom landed with impact, sparking conversation and cementing PA’s reputation for innovation. The space is still evolving, with new elements in development as part of a longer-term partnership.
