We are so pleased to announce that Ripple Group has been accredited with the Investors in People Gold Award (IIP). Only an elite of businesses are awarded with Gold status, and in our industry as an SME manufacturer, this achievement is very rare. We feel very proud that our hard work and focus on our people has been both recognised and rewarded.
The Investors in People (IIP) award is accredited to those organisations who truly invest in the development and progression of their people. IIP Gold Standard employers are known to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of people.
Ripple Group first gained Investors in People accreditation in 2000 and progressed to Silver in 2016. Other previous successes have included the Best Companies Awards and the Sunday Times Top 100 Employers list.
Here at Ripple, we truly are committed to our people. We now have 26 staff and each of these is treated with equal respect. We promote health and well-being, and help everyone realise their potential through training, development, mentoring and coaching.
